THE VILLE
On a private garden planted with 200 m2 facing the sea and 30 meters from the beach, Villa Vanilla has a surface area of 74 m2, with the parental corner with a King Size bed, a lounge area with TV and mini-fridge, a children's room, a bathroom a separate toilet, a beautiful terrace covered with 45 m2 with outdoor living room and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, an outdoor barbecue, and on the first floor of a bedroom 45 m2 with a King Size bed, a bathroom with wc, with a covered terrace facing the sea 12 m2.
According to your need, to 5 single beds can be installed, without compromising the comfort of the villa.
The residence has a beautiful freshwater swimming pool, available to tenants (maximum P4 villas rented simultaneously).
SERVICES
An employee is at your service 8 hours per day.
She can ensure, under your recommendations : bed repair, bathroom cleaning, housework, washing clothes, meal preparation, bread making, cakes etc.
Two employees of the residence ensure the proper functioning of the equipment, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.. They manage the production of electricity and the water supply, and intervene at your request on any particular technical problem. The owners can intervene within the hour in the event of great difficulty, and welcome you on your arrival.
EQUIPMENT
In the kitchen, oven and plate 4 gas fires, refrigerator with freezer compartment, cookware and tableware for 10 people.
Outdoor barbecue.
Flat screen TV, Canal Satellite 24 chains. WIFI key 5 connections with package 10 Go, rechargeable.
European quality bedding.
Table cloth, bed, bathroom provided.
Ceiling fans, coffre-fort, mosquito nets.
ECO-RESPONSIBLE OPERATION
The north of Sainte Marie has no running water, no electricity network. It contributes a lot to the preservation of nature and the nonchalant pace of local life.. The villa is therefore completely autonomous : puits, water reserves, surpresseurs, solar installation and generators.
It is therefore important to manage electricity production and water consumption as accurately as possible, to limit the impact on our environment (air pollution) and on the population of the village (noise).
Electricity works 24 hours a day for the whole installation, except boosters, that supply the villas with hot water, with good pressure.
There is always cold water at the taps, but to have good pressure and hot water for the showers, the booster operates from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
RENT AND RESERVATION
70 € per day, minimum 7 nuitées , maximum 8 people.
Delivery 25% from 28 nuitées.
